Kind of a Habit

Tuesday was a big night. 74 people came out to play and fired 83 rebuys. After add-ons, we ended up with a prize pool of $4,040 to be paid to our top 17 finishers.

This tournament was non-stop action, so much that we missed the bubble finisher!! We hit the money and Tyler Sti. (Whitesboro, NY) finished in 17th place in his first tournament of the semester. Tyler took home $80 for this finish. Matt She. (Sidney, NY) bowed out in 14th place, also collecting $80. This was Matt’s 2nd Tuesday Night cash in a limited schedule.

Brady Bla. found his second cash in three days, picking up $80 for his 15th place finish. Rob McL. (Binghamton, NY) continued his Tuesday Night run good with a 14th place finish worth $80. This is Rob’s 10th Tuesday Night cash of the year and 4th in a row. Luke Fri. (Binghamton, NY) made a triumphant return after a summer off, locking up a 13th place finish for $80.

Kevin Dum. (Windsor, NY) survived to a money jump, collecting $100 for a 12th place finish. This is Kevin’s 9th Tuesday Night cash of the year. Kevin Pea. (Binghamton, NY) was the next player heading to the payout desk, locking up an 11th place finish and pocketing $100. This is Kevin’s 3rd Tuesday Night cash of the year. Aidan McB. posted his 1st Tuesday Night cash of the year, grabbing $100 for his 10th place finish.

The remaining 9 players had a redraw for final table seating and play resumed with Shea Dm. (Scranton, PA) becoming the first final table casualty. Shea’s 9th place finish earned him $120 for his 2nd Tuesday Night cash of the year. Sanju Cha. put up an 8th place finish in his first tournament of the new semester, collecting $140 for his efforts. Ben Cab. (Binghamton, NY) put up his 3rd consecutive final table appearance with a 7th place finish worth $160.

Scott Str. (Port Crane, NY) was the 6th place finisher, taking home $180 for his 2nd Tuesday Night cash of the year. Lucas Har. (Owego, NY) avoided another Tuesday Night win with a 5th place finish worth $240. This was his 10th Tuesday Night cash of the year. William Li (Saratoga Springs, NY) posted the top returning college player finish, exiting in 4th place and pocketing $330.

What was a quick tournament slowed down when we got to our final three players. All of the players were relatively deep stacked and chips were traded until Ed Leo. (Binghamton, NY) exited in 3rd place. Ed picked up $470, the best of his 5 Tuesday Night cashes this year. This left Colin Mor. (Cortland, NY) and his big stack battling against Carin Pal. (Binghamton, NY). Carin was able to chip up some but couldn’t overcome the chip deficit, finishing in 2nd place. Carin took home $700 for her 2nd place finish, her 4th of the year. This left Colin with all of the chips and his 4th outright victory at 607poker.com. Colin earned $1,000 for his 1st place finish, propelling him into the money leader spot for Tuesday Night Tournaments in 2026. Somebody come stop this man!!!
